The FIXE software (FIXE) and Ngā Pou e Rima framework (NPER), and any products and services related to the FIXE and NPER – including (but not limited to) images, text, software, downloads, and any other intellectual property rights and copyright in, or relating to, FIXE and NPER (the content) – are owned by WERA Consultants Limited (WERA).

For the avoidance of any doubt, your access to FIXE and NPER does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, display, or licence the content for any other purpose outside of any agreement confirmed with WERA. If you wish to use the content for any other purpose, then you will need to reach a separate explicit licence agreement with WERA, and we recommend you contact an intellectual property solicitor to assist you. WERA is not able to grant any further permissions in relation to any content owned by third parties.
